Saving and loading all settings in DemandTools

It is always a challenge when you are using DemandTools for multiple organizations or between sandboxes as you constantly need to change logins, pwds, endpoints, paths, etc.
To simplify we are going to be introducing profiles to DemandTools. A profile is all of your options, login, endpoint, etc saved in a file that can be loaded at startup. You could create a profile for each client or one for each sandbox and simply feed the profile file as an argument to DemandTools when you start the program (or call from batch)
